PRODUCTION TIME

All production time quoted begins upon our receipt of your proof approval and approval of credit. Orders received after 10:30am EST will be considered as received the next business day.

	Cover/Jacket Imprints and Promo-Pages require up to 15 business days lead-time.
	Blank Books ship within 3-5 business days, unless specified for Rush Shipping.
	Custom Book Jackets require 4-5 weeks lead-time.
QUANTITY MINIMUMS
	Customized Book orders must meet stated minimums.
	Blank Books are typically available at 50% of the minimums stated; confirm the minimum before ordering.
SETUP CHARGES
	Standard Set-Up: $40 (v) all orders
	Re-Order Set-Up: $35 (v)
	PMS Color Matching: $40 (v) per color (Cover/Jacket Imprint only)
SHIPPING
	Please provide a contact name and e-mail address where we can send order tracking information.
	Customized Books are shipped FOB: Delray Beach, Florida 33445, unless otherwise specified.
	Customized Books can be shipped on 3rd party freight accounts.
	Blank Books ship from various warehouses. Please inquire for FOB location.
	Blank Book freight costs will be added to your invoice. We cannot bill 3rd party accounts for Blank Book orders.
	Rush service of blank books is not available for shipments to Canada
RUSH ORDERS
	Rush service is available based on product availability and production schedule
	Orders requiring faster than normal production time will incur a Rush Charge of $75 (v).
	Rush Orders may require expedited freight service.

RETURNS
All sales (customized books, blank books, sample books) are non-returnable.

All logos and artwork represented on this website are for illustrative purposes only and are available only to the registered license holder.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
First orders, custom orders and large orders may require a deposit or prepayment. Standard terms are Net 30 days upon credit approval. Allow 10 business days for credit approval.All prices, specifications and terms of sale are subject to change without prior notice. Book cover art may change without notice. All orders are subject to approval of The Book Company and are not binding until accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time. The Book Company shall not be liable for freight carrier delays/damage or the inability to ship any order due to product shortages.
